FitMirror ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects the following types of information when you use our virtual fitting room service: (a) Account information: your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register. (b) Body measurements: height, weight, chest, waist, and hip measurements you provide to generate accurate avatars. (c) Body characteristics: gender presentation, skin tone, and hair style descriptors. (d) Photos: full-body front and back photos you upload for avatar creation and clothing try-on previews. (e) Clothing preferences: custom clothing items you upload and outfits you save. (f) Usage data: IP address, device information, browser type, and interaction logs. (g) Payment information: subscription plan and PayPal transaction identifiers (we do not store full card details).

We use your information to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) generate photorealistic avatars and virtual try-on previews using AI; (c) provide clothing fit recommendations and size suggestions; (d) process subscription payments and manage your Pro plan entitlements; (e) maintain legal audit records including terms acceptance and IP logging; (f) improve our AI models, features, and user experience; (g) send service-related notifications and updates; (h) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances: (a) AI processing: your photos and measurements are sent to third-party AI image generation services to produce avatar and try-on images. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and do not retain or reuse your data. (b) Payment processing: transaction data is processed by PayPal, which has its own privacy policy. (c) Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights. (d) Service providers: we use hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data: (a) All photos and private files are stored in private storage with access-controlled, short-lived signed URLs. (b) Authentication tokens are managed securely by the platform. (c) Access to your data is restricted to your own account and authorized administrators. (d) File ownership is verified server-side to prevent unauthorized access. (e) Error messages are sanitized to prevent information disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your photos, measurements, avatars, clothing items, try-on results, and outfit schedules remain in your account until you delete them. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all associated data including avatars, clothing items, try-on records, subscription records, AI usage logs, uploaded files, and agreement records. Some anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

You have the following rights regarding your data: (a) Access: you can view your stored data within the app at any time. (b) Deletion: you can delete individual avatars, clothing items, try-on results, and outfit schedules at any time. (c) Account deletion: you can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data through the Profile page. (d) Opt-out: you can stop using the service at any time. (e) Data export: you may request a copy of your data by contacting us.

FitMirror is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including clothing retailers and AI processing providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
